Hunting from your Vehicle
Hunting from stationary Vehicle: It is unlawful to hunt, take, or trap any game birds from a vehicle of any kind.
Except for persons who apply to the Game and Parks Commission for a "Permit For Disabled Person To Hunt And Fish From A Vehicle".
This permit can only be used to hunt or fish from a vehicle on PRIVATE PROPERTY. No PUBLIC GROUNDS can be hunted from a vehicle. You must have permission from the land owner to hunt from your vehicle.
